My method

« Speaking a language isn't memorising rules. It's creating new reflexes. »

These four principles come from ten years of experience and one conviction: every student can progress when they get a method that fits the way they learn.

Four reflexes

I

Listen

Before you speak a language, you hear it. You let your ear get used to its sounds, its melodies, its breaks in rhythm. Without this listening, no word truly settles.

II

Mimic

You replay what you hear, copy the intonation, give yourself permission to do it « like a child ». Mimicking isn't cheating: it's the shortest path to a natural pronunciation.

III

Practise

A language you don't practise fades. We create concrete occasions, a conversation, a piece of writing, a story, so the new reflexes become available when you need them.

IV

Express yourself

At the end of the path, there's you, in the language. You say what you think, what you feel, what makes you laugh. That's when the language really becomes yours.

Tailored

Your learning, your pace

Learning a language is never standardised, and yours won't be either. Some progress by analysing every rule; others by daring to speak, until ease comes. Each lesson is designed for you alone: I adapt explanations, exercises and scenarios to your profile, to dissolve your blocks and reveal a natural, fluent, elegant expression.

Culture

Cultural nuances

A language is much more than grammar: it reflects a culture, a way of thinking and communicating. No word ever translates exactly. Learning French means owning its codes: politeness, what's implied, humour, the art of nuancing an idea or building a connection.
