The official text of the terms of service (subscription duration, payment terms, right of withdrawal, consumer mediator) will be published as soon as the professional status is registered. The points below reflect the spirit of the contract, there will be no surprise.

Trial lesson

The trial lesson lasts 25 minutes and is therefore charged $25. It is refundable once, on simple written request, if you feel the method doesn't suit you.

Cancellation or rescheduling

For optimal scheduling, cancellations and reschedulings must be notified at least 24 hours before the lesson start (12 hours for the Commitment plan). Schedule changes remain free as long as this notice is respected. In case of late cancellation, unannounced absence or missed notice, the session will be automatically charged.

Student lateness

If the student is late, the lesson still ends at the originally planned time to respect everyone's schedule. The missed minutes are not carried over. Last-minute changes remain possible exceptionally, in particular situations, at Manuela's discretion.

Plan change

You can change plan at any time. The change applies immediately with a pro-rata adjustment: you only pay the difference for the time remaining in the current month.

Additional credits

If you want extra time in a given month, you can purchase additional credits at the same rate as your current plan. These credits are valid only for the current month and do not roll over.

Subscription cancellation

You can stop your subscription at any time. No justification is asked. You keep all your lesson files and the door stays open if you want to return later.
